Important Notice Regarding Termination of Lease
Before proceeding with the termination process, please carefully review the terms of your lease agreement, including the notice period, early termination penalty, and other relevant clauses.
Notice of Termination
Termination requests cannot be accepted by phone.
Please complete the termination process using the designated termination form.
You may also submit your notice via email, fax, or postal mail.
If you prefer to notify us by email, fax, or postal mail, please download the termination notice from the termination form page and complete the required information.
For termination forms, the date of submission will be considered the notice date; for email and fax, it will be the date of receipt; and for postal mail, the postmark date will be regarded as the notice date.
Termination date cannot be changed or canceled.
If the notice of termination is submitted less than the required notice period specified in the lease agreement, a short notice fee will apply in accordance with the contract.
Depending on the special provisions of your lease agreement, an early termination penalty may also be incurred.Please refer to your lease agreement for detailed terms and conditions.
Procedures for Various Moving-Related Matters
We kindly ask that you complete the following procedures yourself.
- Confirm your moving date and book a moving company. (Early reservations are recommended during peak moving seasons.)
- Cancel utilities and subscriptions such as electricity, gas, water, newspapers, CATV, and internet.
※Please ensure all utility charges are settled by the moving date.Please set the cancellation date for electricity and water services as your move-out date.
(If your property uses our meter reading system, has a fixed-rate plan, or uses well water, no contact is necessary.)
- Submit a mail forwarding request to the post office for your new address.
- Submit move-out and move-in notifications to your local municipal office.
- Cancel your fire insurance policy.
※Even in the case of termination due to lease expiration, cancellation procedures are still required.

Move-Out Inspection
Please schedule your move-out inspection on or before your lease termination date.If the date is undecided, please notify us as soon as it is determined.
Inspection hours are from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM (May to September), and from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM (October to April).Please schedule your inspection within these hours. ※Inspections cannot be conducted on our company holidays.
Please remove all personal belongings by the scheduled inspection time.
The tenant (contract holder) must be present for the inspection, and all keys—including duplicates—must be returned after it is completed.
Regarding Final Settlement upon Termination
The final settlement will be calculated based on the lease agreement and the “Standard Price List for Restoration Work,” after confirming the condition of the interior.
Please note that the settlement process may take approximately one month from the termination date.
【For Customers Using Direct Debit】
1 The full rent for the termination month will be debited regardless of the termination date.
2 If notice of termination is submitted in the month prior to a renewal, the renewal fee will be debited even if the lease ends before the renewal date.
※The prorated refund from item 1 and the renewal fee from item 2 will be reimbursed during the final settlement.
