①Contact of Termination

・Termination requests cannot be accepted by phone.
・Please complete the termination procedure from the designated English termination form.

・Termination date cannot be changed or canceled.
・If the notice of termination is submitted less than the required notice period specified in the lease agreement,a short notice penalty will apply in accordance with the contract.
・Depending on the special provisions of your lease agreement,an early termination penalty may also be incurred.
・Please refer to your lease agreement for detailed terms and conditions.

②Various relocation procedures

・Please call electricity,gas and water companies to terminate the contracts seperatedly.
・Please settle your utility bills by the day you move out.
※No need to contact if living in a property where Issei Syoji reads the meter, or where the charges are fixed.
・Please go to the post office to change the address.(It can also be done via the HP. of post office.)
・Please go to the City Hall of the new house to change the address.

③Termination of fire insurance

・Please cancel the fire insurance that you are enrolled in.
・If you are using Tokyo Marine Millea Insurance,please just call ０１２０－６７０－０５５.
※The cancellation procedure is required, even though the expiration of the period is coming soon.

④Room inspection and return of keys

・Please specify the date of inspection up to the final termination date.
　※If you have not yet decided, please contact us by call or email as soon as you have decided.
　※The receipt time is from 9:30 to 16:00(except Wednesday).
・Please assure that all the luggage will be moved out before the final inspection.
・The keys(including the duplicate keys) must be returned after the inspection.

⑤Settlement of restoration fee

・We will settle the restoration fee based on the contract agreement and the “Restoration Work Unit Price Standard Table.”
・Please note that it will take approximately one month for the settlement from the cancellation date.
・After the exact amount of the restoration fee is being confirmed,the management company will contact you.
・If you notice the termination in the month before the renewal month,maybe the renewal fee will still be deducted due to the bank transfer system, even the termination date is earlier than the contract expiration date.It will be refunded when being settled finally.

Other precautions

＜Many cases when moving out＞
・No carry-out … manuals of equipment,accessories of house（remote controller・L-shaped pipe of washing machine)
・Please remove any electrical appliances that you have installed or brought in by yourself.
・Please check with the local City Hall, town or village regarding the disposal of the oversized garbage.
※You will be charged for the disposal fee in case you donot dispose the garbage correctly.
